How do I order?

Select your preferred size and the right quantity and select ‘purchase’! After, you can select your preferred payment method. You will receive the order confirmation through mail once the payment is completed. We will personally be in touch with you within 24 hours on business days related to the delivery method!

What are the payment methods?

As soon as you arrive in the checkout form, you have the following payment methods as an option:

It is NO possible to pay with cash for any of our products!

What if my size or the product I want is not in stock?

We will update the stock on a weekly basis with the goal to have every size in stock at any time. Check again next week if your size or product is available or send us a message on the livechat, mail or Whatsapp to ask for more info!

What is the delivery period?

Your product will be ready for you in maximum 15 business days.

What are the delivery conditions?

All products are only available in Valencia. Once your order is completed, we will personally be in touch with you within 24 hours on business days related to the delivery method! There are two options to get the ONDA F.C. product to you:

I want to change my size, is this possible?

It is possible to change the size of your product after you have ordered it, depending on the stock. Let us know through livechat, email or WhatsApp.

Can I buy merchandise with my credits?

It is not possible to buy any of our products with credits. 

¿Puedo cancelar mi pedido?

Before receiving your product, let us know via live chat, mail or Whatsapp and we will cancel & refund your order.
After receiving your product, you have 10 days to return your product and receive a refund.
After more than 10 days after receiving the product, it is not possible to get a refund of your order.

How can I order merchandise outside Valencia?
